Ryan is a 30-year broadcast media veteran whose passion for storytelling, curiosity for the world around her, and innovative ideas have earned her leadership roles at venerable broadcast operations including PBS, CNN, TBS, and now, GPB Media. Ryan will discuss the history, vision and mission of GPB, and how the company has overcome challenges and experienced growth under her direction. As a woman rising through the ranks of the corporate world, Ryan will share her leadership journey and how she has broken through the glass ceiling of expectations. United Way will also kick off their 2016 campaign season at the breakfast, and the 2016 Health Hero Award will be presented.   Attendees are encouraged to arrive at 7 a.m. for a dedicated networking time before the event.
